The two women killed in the Perryton tornado were having a garage sale when the deadly storm hit.

Becky Randall posted on Facebook about a garage sale in the former Perryton Printing building at 105 S. Ash, across from city hall.

It was scheduled to start at 5 p.m., the same time a tornado touched down.

Cindy Bransgrove was also killed when the building was destroyed.

Ochiltree County Sheriff Terry Bouchard identified the third victim as 11-year-old Mathew Ramirez.

Perryton Fire Chief Paul Dutcher told ABC 7 Ramirez was in a mobile home park at 400 N. Indiana Street.

Dutcher said at least 30 trailers were damaged or destroyed.

According to Dutcher, another 100 people were injured.

Randall is survived by two sons and four grandchildren, who were "her world," Randall's daughter-in-law, Randi Cunningham, told ABC News.

"She loved life. She found joy in everything. There wasn't a single day that she wasn't smiling or laughing or making me feel better," Cunningham said.

Randall grew up in Perryton, Cunningham said.

"She loved this town, and loved the people in it. And they loved her," she said.
