LOS ANGELES (WKRC) - Slash's stepdaughter has died at the age of 25, the legendary Guns N' Roses guitarist revealed in a post to social media.

Slash posted to Instagram Sunday, informing fans that his stepdaughter, Lucy-Bleu Knight, had passed away on Friday.

"Lucy-Bleu Knight (December 6, 1998), beloved daughter of Meegan Hodges and Mark Knight, and stepdaughter of Samantha Somers Knight and Slash, sister of Scarlet Knight, stepsister of London and Cash Hudson, passed away peacefully in Los Angeles, CA on July 19, 2024," the post reads.

Slash remembered Knight as an "incredibly talented artist, a passionate dreamer, and a charming, lovable, sweet soul," going on to ask for privacy and for speculation to be kept at a minimum.

Following Knight's passing, Slash announced the cancellation of several S.E.R.P.E.N.T. tour shows, including one that was scheduled for Cincinnati at PNC Pavilion on Monday.

The other cancelled shows include the following:

  • July 24 - Interlochen, Michigan at Interlochen Centers for the Arts
  • July 25 - Huber Heights, Ohio - Rose Music Center
  • July 27 - Windsor, Ontario - The Colosseum at Caesars Windsor.

According to the post, the S.E.R.P.E.N.T. tour will resume in Toronto on July 28 at Budweiser Stage.

"We love our fans and apologize for any inconvenience this has caused," the post concludes.

Refunds for the cancelled shows will be available at "points of purchase."
