Amarillo man accused of secretly recording women in bathroom

AMARILLO, Texas (KVII) — An Amarillo man is accused of secretly recording women in the bathroom.

Jonathan Dale Holloway, 19, is charged with three counts of invasive visual recording.

According to court documents, Holloway hid a camera in a bathroom and "record(ed) a visual image" of at least two different women.

Police said two women were recorded on November 13, 2022.

One of the victims was recorded a second time on July 27, 2023.

The documents do not say where the bathroom was located or when the camera was discovered. But the criminal complaints were filed Wednesday.

Holloway was arrested Thursday. He was released Friday on a $200,000 bond.

Police said in both cases, Holloway confessed to an FBI agent.
