Body found in Union County, New Mexico

UNION COUNTY, New Mexico (KVII) — A body was found buried on a property in Union County, New Mexico.

New Mexico State Police (NMSP) released a statement on Wednesday that the body was found on Monday, July 22.

According to the statement, NMSP assisted Union County Sheriff's Office with a search warrant in Union County.

The search warrant ultimately yielded a dead body on the property.

The investigation is ongoing.
